Whitehall Manor HOA Board of Directors Meeting

- Approval of Minutes – May 23rd, 2016 Board of Directors Meeting minutes were approved. Motion for approval. Motion seconded. Motion carried.
- Treasurer’s Report
- Operating Fund Balance (end of the year) – $18,191.40.
- Reserve Cash Account – $22,370.79 will be $12,370.79 once pool improvement expenses have been included.
- Total expenses are over budget $5,972.53. This is due to reserve contribution from operating.
- Net Income is under budget $2,968.26. This is due to electric and mulch work.
- Management Report
- 8 homes sold.
- Need to finalize pool fence extension.
- Committees
- Social – Spring fling was well attended.
- Communications – No updates.
- Architectural – Landscape request for taking care of bushes near the sign.
- Pool:
- Will close the pool on July 27th to shock the pool for the recent crypto outbreak. Plan to reopen July 28th.
- Have contacted NC Dept of Justice to get money for replacing the pool driveway chain post.
- Replaced pool pump because it burned up.
- Discussed possibility for early or late swim hours.
- Plan to get quotes for Donna’s walkway.
- New Business
- Parking issues: will send a couple of letters to residents concerning parking of boat and cars in violation with rules.
- Discussed the possibility of WiFi at the pool. Tabled the idea due to high price quotes.
- Discussed having a rickshaw service during the pool parties. Will refer to social committee
- Discussed bike rack at pool. Brett will look into prices at HD Supply.
